Do you use additives or preservatives in your products?:
Absolutely NOT! Amelia Maes uses only the best ingredients for it's products and more importantly doesn't use additives, fillers, colorings, or preservatives!
How hot are your Hot Pepper Jellies?
The Golden Hot Pepper Jelly, Emerald Hot Pepper Jelly and the Raspberry Thai Jam are all what I would call medium. Hot is a subjective thing though, hot to one person is not hot to the other! It's best to try a bit before you buy. We are at local markets constantly and offer samples of all of our products to try. I will say though that we have a new hot pepper jelly that has not even made the website yet called Pineapple Habenera Hot Pepper Jelly and that stuff is HOT!! It's not for the faint at heart that is for sure.
Can you use the jams and things in cooking? Do you have recipes?:
There are all sorts of creative ways to use our products in order to enhance your menu. We've put together a recipe section that we update frequently. We do love to put good food before our friends and family, take a look, I'm sure you'll find some yummy stuff in there!
If I live close by can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?
Yes, I'm happy to do that. In that case it's best if you just email or call me to arrange a time and or a place as the case may be. It could be I'll be at an event near you and it'd be even easier for you to get what you'd like to have.
